information provided below pertains to iNET image, Inc.'s general business policies with
regard to our client services. To find out more about specific terms and conditions

Privacy Policies:
Concerning information submitted via the iNET image, Inc. website.
Business and/or personal information submitted to iNET image, Inc. will be
used for the performance of services ordered. We do not share, or sell customer
information at any time for any reason. The only exclusion to this policy is
information submitted for the express purpose of being displayed as public website
content.
New Service Orders:
For service work ordered, iNET image, Inc. practices the following policies:
For new clients, a customer account is created. When payment for
services is made and iNET image, Inc. has received complete website information and
materials from the client, a production start date is assigned, on which day work begins.
From the time that complete information is submitted by the client, the following
time schedules apply:
iPack Complete - 2 to 4 business days
iPack 5 & most iPack page orders - 3 to 5 business days
iNET RealTime Systems; existing models - 3 to 5 business days
Custom Work, including custom design, creation and programming, varies
due to the wide range of services we offer. When we provide you with an estimate for
work, we will also include an estimated production time, applicable if complete information
is supplied by the client before the start of production.
Upon completion of work, account balance (if applicable) must be paid
before web launch.
Hosting:
For iNET web hosting plans, iNET image, Inc. practices the following policies:
For all promotional packages, including all iNET RealTime System
promotions, iPack Complete package, and website packages utilizing iNET Web Look
templates, monthly hosting fees begin as soon as the order is processed and payment is
made, at which time a server account is set up for each domain designated. As a
courtesy, iNET image, Inc. provides a temporary page at your designated domain until your
website is launched.
For all custom orders, web hosting begins upon completion of service work.
Unless otherwise noted in estimate, work times are not to exceed 30 days. If
designated work has not been completed in 30 days from official production start date due
to client neglect (inability to provide complete materials, information or instruction to
complete site), hosting will commence at the expense of the client.
Hosting fees, unless otherwise noted by iNET image, Inc., are collected
monthly by iNET image, Inc. from clients using automated credit card processing on the
15th of every month.

Payment for Services:
Concerning payment for services provided, iNET image, Inc. practices the
following policies:
Payment for services, including domain registrations, set-up costs for all
iNET RealTime System packages, all iPack website packages, all promotional packages, and
custom work valued at $500.00 or less, and all Louisiana Gumbo advertising packages, is
due before production begins. For custom work valued over $500.00, a deposit of
$500.00 or 50% of job total (whichever is more) is due before production begins. The
balance of such jobs is due upon completion of work.
Billing:
Concerning client billing, iNET image, Inc. practices the following policies:
Concerning monthly billing, iNET image, Inc. practices monthly automated
credit card billing for web hosting clients.
NOTE: Client credit cards kept on file are used for monthly hosting fee charges
only. Any additional charges made to client credit cards, as for additional service
expenses, etc., are subject to client approval.
When an existing client requests additional work not included in their
monthly hosting plan, that client has the choice of payment for services. Upon
client instruction, iNET image, Inc. will either charge the client's credit card on file
or mail an invoice for services to be performed, allowing the client to pay by check.
Payment for services is due before production begins.
Email:
Concerning the use of email accounts.
iNET
image, Inc. email accounts are provided as part of your
hosting package. These account are intended for
standard communication between individuals. The
use of any email account for the dispersion of an
advertising mailing
list or any unsolicited emails list is prohibited.
ZERO SPAM TOLERANCE
- Any
type of mailing that can be considered
SPAM will
not be tolerated and can result in the suspension of
email privileges. SPAM is defined as emailing any
recipient multiple times with out their permission.
If you want to create and maintain a mailing list we
suggest you use a service that is designed for that
purpose. Examples:
Constant Contact or
Mail
Chip.
If you prefer we can create and maintain a custom email
marketing campaign for your business.
Any
domain hosting by iNET image, Inc that is used as the
target of an email SPAM campaign is prohibited and will
result in the suspension of that domain and website.
For you protection contact us before entering into an
agreement to allow a third party to promote your website
using email marketing.
Suspension of Services:
Concerning suspension of services, iNET image, Inc. practices the following
policies:
Non Payment
Concerning hosting fee billing, iNET image, Inc. invoices for monthly hosting on the 15th
of the month, or the 15th of every third month for quarterly-billed clients. If
payment has not been received within 15 days, or by the 1st of the next month, a late
notice is mailed to the client. If payment has still not been received within 30
days of the original invoice, or by the 15th of the month, the account is considered in
default and services are suspended, resulting in the disconnection of the client's web
services provided by iNET image, Inc. Once web services have been suspended, a
reconnection fee and any outstanding balance are due before services will be reconnected.
Client Cancellation
Should a client choose to discontinue services rendered by iNET image, Inc., it is the
client's responsibility to notify iNET image, Inc.'s billing department of cancellation to
insure proper termination of monthly automated credit card charges applicable to your
account. iNET image, Inc. does not pro-rate monthly charges for hosting. Upon
notice of cancellation, iNET image, Inc. will discontinue hosting services provided on the
last day of the month in which we receive notification of client cancellation. Any
outstanding balance accrued by the client must be paid to iNET image, Inc. before we can
release any applicable domain name(s), work files, or other materials to the client.
Once the client's account is clear, iNET image, Inc. will provide applicable
materials or information due to the client.
